MODULES

Seven specialized operational modules — each a self-contained tactical system built on the shared 54-table relational core.

// OPS_COMPANION FIELD MANUAL

OPS Companion's modules are not isolated features — they are deeply integrated tactical systems that share a single relational database, a unified WebSocket event layer, and the same RLS security model. Data flows between modules automatically: a quote accepted in Quotation creates a work order in Work Orders, decrements inventory in Machine Repository, and updates the fleet position on the 3D Social Map — all within the 2.5-second constraint.

Each module is accessible based on role permissions. Not every role sees every module — the sidebar, navigation, and data returned by the database all adjust silently to what the authenticated user is permitted to access.

// MODULE INTEGRATION MATRIX
Quote accepted→ Work order created → Parts reserved → Map pin assigned
Work order started→ Technician GPS tracked → Parts locked → Inspection gate opened
Inspection completed→ Machine record updated → Wear gradient recalculated → Audit sealed
Geofence breach→ Machine locked → Dispatcher alerted → Audit record created
Punch-in detected→ GPS stamp recorded → Timesheet entry started → Dispatcher notified
