MODULES
Seven specialized operational modules — each a self-contained tactical system built on the shared 54-table relational core.
OPS Companion's modules are not isolated features — they are deeply integrated tactical systems that share a single relational database, a unified WebSocket event layer, and the same RLS security model. Data flows between modules automatically: a quote accepted in Quotation creates a work order in Work Orders, decrements inventory in Machine Repository, and updates the fleet position on the 3D Social Map — all within the 2.5-second constraint.
Each module is accessible based on role permissions. Not every role sees every module — the sidebar, navigation, and data returned by the database all adjust silently to what the authenticated user is permitted to access.
Real-time fleet tracking on a vector-rendered 3D map. Time Machine replay, community odometer, geofence enforcement, day/night mode.
Tactical push-to-talk communications hub. Group and individual channels, voice message vault, dispatcher broadcast, listen receipts.
Full quote pipeline from draft to cryptographically-signed acceptance. Automated email, instant work order trigger on client signature.
Structured incident and support ticket management with SLA tracking, priority triage, and immutable resolution records.
Centralized heavy equipment registry. Full maintenance history, 3D model viewer, GPS-linked positions, wear gradient visualization.
Kanban-driven work order lifecycle. Preemption engine for critical interrupts, mandatory inspection gates, parts auto-decrement.
GPS-verified digital time clock with automatic timesheet generation, offline-first queuing, overtime detection, and HR export.
